Cloud computing: the sky is the limit

Cloud computing is critical for the successful deployment of artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain and a myriad of other innovative technologies identified as priority areas by the European Commission. To enable and encourage these technologies, AmCham EU calls for:

• Europe to maintain an open approach toward cloud technology that promotes partnerships with American cloud service providers;
• A clear, consistent and future-proof cloud rulebook, based on international standards and best practices.
