Position paper - Scenarios for a successful dual-use items export regime

The position paper considers four scenarios that are under discussion in the Council regarding the dual-use items export regime recast and evaluates their suitability in sucessfully protecting human rights, while ensuring the competitveness of the EU as a export market.
