Letter on Regulatory Data Protection (RDP) Framework in the EU General Pharmaceuticals Legislation (GPL)

Following the AmChams across Europe call with fellow Healthcare Committees, please find below AmCham EU's letter template. 

As discussed on the call, we have put forth a letter that can be used/endorsed by each of your Committee's to send a united message to Health Ministers across European Member States. The letter calls for Minsiters to reconsider maintaining or even enhnacing the Regulatory Data Protection Framework before neogiations on the General Pharamceutical Legislation (GPL) close.
