Stakeholder engagement at the TTC

On Monday, 5 December, Susan Danger, CEO, AmCham EU, took part in the panel ‘Advancing Development of Sustainable, Transparent and Resilient Supply Chains’ as part of the Trade and Technology Council’s (TTC) third ministerial Stakeholder Roundtable. The discussion sought to maximise the outcomes from the TTC, particularly on issues such as supply chains and semiconductors.  

The panel featured Markus Beyrer, Director-General, Business Europe; Christine Custis, Director of Programs and Research, Partnership for AI; Darryll Pines, President, University of Maryland, College Park; and Lars Reger, Executive Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer, NXP Semiconductors. The panel discussion was moderated by Gina Raimondo, US Secretary of Commerce, and was attended by Anthony Blinken, US Secretary of State; Valdis Dombrovskis, Executive Vice-President for an Economy that Works for People, European Commission; Katherine Tai, US Trade Representative; and Margrethe Vestager, Executive Vice-President for a Europe Fit for the Digital Age, European Commission.
