EU Deforestation Regulation: effective implementation not possible without deferred application

Despite repeated calls for clarification from industry, the European Commission has failed to provide the appropriate guidance required for companies to comply with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). This uncertainty creates significant challenges for businesses seeking to invest in compliance measures.
