Since 2021, the international community has celebrated the International Day of the Girls on 11 October with the goal to highlight the challenges and forms of discrimination girls still face in building their futures. On its 10th anniversary, AmCham EU is hosting an event with member companies and decision-makers to show how the private sector is contributing to improving girls' rights and to discuss how we can work together to increase awareness of the issues girls face around the world and continue making steps forward in this area.
