Magdalena joined AmCham EU in April 2025. As a Policy Adviser, she is responsible for the Digital Economy and Intellectual Property Committees.   

Prior to joining AmCham EU, Magdalena worked at the World Intellectual Property Organization, focusing on intellectual property and digital tech policies. Previously, Magdalena has also worked in the European Union Intellectual Property Office, international law firms and LegalTech teams, focusing on various topics including intellectual property, technology law, digital regulation and innovation. 

Magdalena holds a Master's degree in Law as well as a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the College of Interdisciplinary Individual Studies in Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Warsaw. 

Magdalena is a Polish national. She is fluent in Polish and English, has a good command of German and Italian, and is learning French and Spanish.
