Multi-Industry letter responding to Schrems II, sent to the US Dept of Commerce and Secretary Wilbur Ross. This letter encourages Secretary Ross and his colleagues in the Administration to work collaboratively with their EU counterparts to develop a stable and sustainable mechanism for companies to transfer data between the European Union and the United States.
