Cancellation policy

Cancellations between four and three weeks before the event will receive a full refund of costs, minus 15%. Unless specifically otherwise stated with the individual event when registering.

Cancellations between three and two weeks before the event will receive a full refund of costs, minus 30%. Unless specifically otherwise stated with the individual event when registering.

Cancellations between two and one week(s) before the event will receive a full refund of costs, minus 45%. Unless specifically otherwise stated with the individual event when registering.

Cancellations within one week before the event are non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated when registering.
