Position paper - AmCham EU calls for a more strategic use of procurement to stimulate healthcare innovation uptake

In the context of the implementation of Directive 2014/24/EC on public procurement in the EU healthcare sector, the Healthcare Committee of AmCham EU has run a consultation among its members to better understand some of the challenges associated with the current procurement of healthcare goods and services in EU Member States. The results of the consultation and our recommendations are in the position statement attached.
