The European Commission’s positive first review of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework last week puts businesses on both sides of the Atlantic a step closer to a predictable transatlantic data transfers regime. Data transfers are the lifeblood of our digital economy and a key pillar of the transatlantic partnership.
