Sharpening Europe’s competitive edge with our Executive Council
Increasing Europe’s competitiveness must be on top of the agenda. That was the key message AmCham EU's Executive Council emphasised during its spring plenary on Monday, 18 and Tuesday, 19 March. The group of senior executives underlined why the attractiveness of Europe needs to be a top priority and how a heavy regulatory burden is having a negative impact on driving investment. Throughout the visit, the group linked back to the messages found in our Agenda for Action and highlighted the need to address Europe’s competitiveness in the next legislative term.
