As External Relations Manager, Roberta is responsible for the general coordination of AmCham EU high level-outreach strategy to the European Institutions and beyond - with a focus on outreach to the European Parliament and European Commission. She coordinate the work of AmCham EU Executive Council - the AmCahm EU forum for senior executives responsible for the European operations of some of AmCham EU largest member companies. She also leads AmCham EU work on Diversity and Inclusion and the Empower Her project with the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Prior to joining AmCham EU in January 2019, Roberta was working as a Political Adviser at the Secretariat General of the ALDE Party. Roberta also worked at Assonime, the Association of Italian Joint Stock Companies, and completed a traineeship in the Secretariat General of the Legal Affairs Committee of the European Parliament.
Roberta holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Legal Studies from the University of Rome, La Sapienza, and a Master’s degree in EU Policy and Law with a specialisation in Integration and Form of Governance in the European Union from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Roberta is Italian and speaks fluent English. She has also a good command of French and Dutch.
