Mentoring: a career tailwind

Europe faces a pressing digital skills gap, with 44% of citizens lacking basic digital competencies and over 149,000 information technology roles unfilled in Germany alone. To address these challenges, HP has committed to advancing digital equity for 150 million people by 2030. In partnership with the ReDI School of Digital Integration, HP supports training for over 4,000 students each semester, many of whom are migrants or  marginalised locals. HP employees serve as mentors, helping students build skills and confidence.
