Customs & Trade Facilitation

The European Commission has lauched a survey regarding the EU rules on e-commerce transactions from third countries from a customs and taxation perspective. The EU's ambition to make custom processes more efficient and harmonised is highly valued. A frictionless and responsive customs environment is crucial for many of our members. Efficient and simple customs reduce costs and time to process imports, facilitates compliant international cross-border trade and minimises delivery delays and unexpected costs for EU customers.
