The American Chamber of Commerce to the EU (AmCham EU), together with 14 co-signatories, issued a statement ahead of this week's Competitiveness Council discussions on the Digital Markets Act (DMA). While the DMA will play an important role in ensuring fair and open digital markets, it is equally important to emphasise the need for balanced and proportionate policy tools, regulatory dialogue and legal clarity for those businesses providing digital services across Europe. STEMming the skills gap

By 2035, high-tech roles will make up a significant share of employment across the EU, yet many young people still lack the digital skills needed to succeed. Amazon is helping bridge this gap through initiatives in Poland and Spain.
