Norbert joined AmCham EU in February 2023. As Policy Adviser, he is responsible for the Healthcare and Consumer Affairs Committees, as well at the Ukraine Task Force.

Prior to joining AmCham EU, Norbert worked at a government relations consultancy based in Dublin on a range of sectors and topics including life sciences, consumer goods, international taxation and EU-UK relations. Before this, he completed a traineeship with the European External Action Service at the EU Delegation to Armenia. 

Norbert holds a Master’s in International Politics from Leiden University and an undergraduate degree in History and Politics from the University of Oxford.  

A native speaker of English and Polish, he also has advanced German and intermediate French, as well as basic Russian.
