Kim joined AmCham EU in January 2024. As Senior Policy Manager, she is responsible for supporting and overseeing coordination on digital policy issues as well as leading on selected horizontal strategic policy priorities.  

Prior to this role, Kim worked as a policy programme manager at a Washington, DC-based transatlantic energy and transportation technology think tank. Kim has also worked internationally in academia, consulting, non-profit strategy and management, competition regulation and as a commercial litigation lawyer. 

Kim has Belgian, British and New Zealand citizenship. She speaks English and Dutch, while also having a basic knowledge of French.
